Once upon a time, our grandparents, Angelo and Connie Abbadessa, from the Bari region of Pugali, Italy, fell in love in New York and were married. Their love for each other and their family ignited a legacy of pride, passion, and family tradition. Our homemade recipes have been passed down through the generations, and today we proudly serve them to you. In our family, we take pride in our food. In fact, Grandpa took Grandma to his mother's house in New Jersey so she could learn "THE FAMILY SAUCE" - HIS way.
